Dr. Adam Gladstone
My approach to psychotherapy has been deeply shaped by my formative years of training in the Clinical Psy.D. program at Rutgers University, where meditation became an important part of my personal and professional development. While this background helped me build specialization in mindfulness, its most important and enduring influence has been on how I approach people and the therapeutic relationship.
Over 12 years of clinical experience, this perspective has only deepened, fostering a nonjudgmental openness, an appreciation for people's innate capacity for transformation, and a sense of curiosity & compassion that continues to guide my work.
More than anything, this perspective allows me to find genuine meaning and joy in my work, and to deeply appreciate the opportunity to accompany people through the process of meaningful change.
